Customer Service Advisor ( Arabic Account )

Common duties and responsibilities include:(Arabic account) answering inbound calls, evaluating problems and complaints of the callers, providing proper solutions, responding to the needs of customers, selling and giving information on the products or services that e& Egypt gives to the customers.


- University Degree is a must preferable in business administration, commerce or PR. - Area of experience: Customer Care/Contact center - Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)  very good computer skills.
