Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
o Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
o Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies.
• Relationship Building:
o Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
o Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
o Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your network.
• Market Intelligence:
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
o Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
o Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).• Proven track record in medical device sales or a related field.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
