Training Delivery:
• Lead HVAC technical training sessions for staff and clients.
• Keep training materials updated with the latest HVAC technologies and standards.
• Understand JCI's product portfolio and build strong relationships with JCI experts globally.
• Coordinate and co-facilitate training with specialized service providers.
• Organize CSR sessions as per JCA's plan and ensure proper branding.
Content Development:
• Develop and maintain training manuals, guides, and online resources.
• Create hands-on training modules and simulations to enhance practical skills.
• Build a pool of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) ready to contribute to various training areas.
Travel and Field Support:
• Travel to different locations to deliver training and provide on-site technical support.
• Visit sites to evaluate HVAC system performance and offer recommendations for improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
• Gather feedback from training participants to enhance future sessions.
• Stay informed on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices to keep training content relevant.
Educational Background:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field. Experience:• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC systems with a solid technical background.• Previous experience in training or teaching is a plus. Technical Skills:• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.• Familiarity with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards. Soft Skills:• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.• Capability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Travel Requirements:• Willingness to travel regularly within the region for training and support. Language Proficiency:• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
