Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily travel operations for corporate leisure clients.
- Process and coordinate bookings, reservations, and itineraries for clients.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and services.
- Handle client inquiries, provide travel advice, and offer suitable travel solutions.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients by offering excellent customer service.
- Gather client feedback and address any issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with the Senior Product & Operation Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Assist in internal communication and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other partners to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Monitor and follow up on service delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges, including last-minute changes or emergencies.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and service delivery.
Operational Management:
- Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of leisure services and experiences.management, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in compiling reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and inventory management.
Management Reporting:
- Collect and organize data from various sources to support reporting on project status, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Compile customer feedback and survey results to provide insights into service performance and areas for improvement.
Personal Qualities:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel management software.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to address operational challenges.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Passion to TravelEducation:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Travel Management or related field.Experience:1-3 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly in corporate leisure operations.Basic understanding of outbound destinations for GCC market .
