Job Description 

• Performing trend fit, size and pattern analysis studies in accordance with the demands and expectations of the target customer group

• Conducting necessary studies for researching trend techniques and putting them into practice

• Establishing and improving technical standards

• Predicting the technical risks that may occur in production during the pre-order and sample approval stages and presenting solutions,

• Performing technical checks of fit, size, sewing and visual aspects of the molds and prepared samples according to the anatomical characteristics of the target customer group, providing the necessary improvements with alternative suggestions and directions, creating the right fit and sample.

• Transferring the critical and information to the suppliers, following the process

• Giving the necessary technical support to the suppliers
