Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various  channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach with experience in in marine region
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Qualify the customer needs
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
Negotiate and contract
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to
management.

Must Have
  .Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development in marine region.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Attributes:

Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
