TeleTech is hiring an energetic Data Center Mechanical Engineer to be assigned in service, commission, repair and install “Split, Cooling units, HVAC and carry out service visits according to Huawei service recommendations and communicate with customers to understand project requirements but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Service, commission, repair and install “Split, Cooling units, HVAC,… ”
- Define and install all needs for cooling units
- Provide technical support to colleagues and customers.
- Carry out service visits according to Huawei service recommendations
- Communicate with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
- Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the company technical office
- Fully Coordinate with the company’s technical office prior to any works
- Promote the company and act in a professional and diplomatic manner at all times.
- Learn and study data sheets for equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical, mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role
- Prover work experience in the HVAC engineering industry, Firefighting and Plumbing
- Working experience on large scale projects including site experience.
- High level of technical Skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- knowledge with data center equipment is preferable
- Working with Military and Governmental projects is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Very Good in English (written - Spoken)
