Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced waiter to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- - Present menus and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
- - Take orders accurately and efficiently
- - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- - Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- - Handle any guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and work stations
- - Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
Requirements:
- - Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- - Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- - Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- - Must have a valid work permit or residence visa for Saudi Arabia
