- Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety procedures are followed across operations.
- Ensure proper handling and management of chemical and biological hazards in the production process.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred.3-5 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Experience conducting risk assessments and hazard analysis.Excellent communication skills for training and reporting.Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Problem-solving skills to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.
