Human Resources Generalist

  • Reviewing and screening resumes to match the candidate with the available job position.
  • Schedule job interviews for open positions, and evaluate applicants’ qualifications to provide inputs for determining the best fit.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation. 
  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, and programs.
  • Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, and Resignations) .
  • Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job descriptions for all positions in the Company.
  • Assisting in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices.
  • Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
  • Stay updated with organizational development trends.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with training resources to develop and deliver relevant programs.
  • Support the development of career paths and succession plans.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of Experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistGood in English languageV. Good verbal and written communication skillsQuick thinker and problem-solving skills.Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.V. Good analytical and time-management skills.
