- Reviewing and screening resumes to match the candidate with the available job position.
- Schedule job interviews for open positions, and evaluate applicants’ qualifications to provide inputs for determining the best fit.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, and programs.
- Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, and Resignations) .
- Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job descriptions for all positions in the Company.
- Assisting in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices.
- Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
- Stay updated with organizational development trends.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with training resources to develop and deliver relevant programs.
- Support the development of career paths and succession plans.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of Experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistGood in English languageV.
