What You'll Do:
As a
Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation and distribution of our payroll cards to clients and their employees. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and meet the required standards of quality. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and oversee the timely delivery of payroll cards and materials to clients and cardholders
- Track and manage logistics operations, including scheduling, shipping, and inventory management
- Work closely with external and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory in our logistics systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Customer Success, Customer Care, and Onboarding and Accounts Services team, to align logistics operations with business needs
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure all logistics activities comply with local regulations

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience of 2+ years in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in fintech or the banking sector
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Apps
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external logistics partners
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes
