Integration Tech Lead

What you’ll do

Functional expert, manages technical planning form new integration capabilities and enables in Integration chapter, coordinates knowledge sharing and 
leads functional excellence of his chapter

•Strategy & Planning:
- Build knowledge and enable best practice sharing
- Develop new enablers and frameworks that enhance time to market 
using integration tools.
- Focus on the “how”: tools, methodologies.
•Delivery: 
Steer development to match demand of capability and skill on tribe level.
•Design: 
- Design and Govern all APIs exposed internally and externally as well
- Apply best practices for integration and API Architecture.
- Apply best practices for cloud native applications migrations

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Implement business requirements to technical systems 
functionalities. 
• Work and Interact with a diversified team to meet business challenges.
• Effective Communication with different stakeholders. 
• Self-motivated.
• Results driven and solutions focused.

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• Experience in Software development and implementation life cycle.
• Computer Science/Engineering professional degree is a must.
• Microservices architecture
• Good knowledge with cloud technologies and containers .
• Hands on experience with API Design.
• CI/CD knowledge 
• Nice to have knowledge with TIBCO business works or any integration 
frameworks (Mulesoft , Webmethods , Oracle fusion , etc .).
