Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant, or similar positionUnderstanding of sourcing and recruiting techniquesOutstanding communication abilityConfident and pleasant personalityWell-organizedAbility to work with targetsMust have a C1 German level and B1 English levelKnowledge of GDS is a plusMinimum 1 year of experience in the same positionKnowledge of the recruitment cycle
