We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. This role is vital in supporting HR operational activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in recruiting efforts, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully integrated into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee relations issues, ensuring quick and fair resolution of conflicts.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process, including tracking progress and providing guidance to managers.
- Assist in developing employee improvement plans when necessary.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they are communicated to all employees.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Provide support during compensation reviews and salary adjustments.
- HR Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with broad exposure to HR functions.- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Preferred Skills:- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.- Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Availability to join immediately
