We are looking for a well-rounded Customer Growth Analyst to join our fast-growing company and help in building Halan. You will conduct multiple data analyses, analyzing both user app behavior and performance on the app on a macro and micro level. In addition, they are responsible to develop, monitor and enhance user quality metrics. Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills are must-have traits.You will be working across multiple domains that include financing, e-commerce and payments.
What you’ll do!
- Interpreting data, analyzing results, and producing actionable user insights using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
- Working closely with data analytics, data science and product teams on customer lifetime optimization models and strategies.
- Strategizing and executing on customer metrics enhancement across five different verticals; such as CAC, CLTV, ARR, ARPU etc.
- Leading different customer segmentation and cohorting exercises to ensure expanding health of customer base and provide targeted actionable insights for growth.
- Launching multiple commercial campaigns to test hypotheses utilizing AB testing.
- Reporting on the results to the organization and automating the process for highest user performance efficiency.
- Working alongside parallel or management teams to establish business needs.
- Reporting on User inflow and consulting all relevant teams to optimize the user CAC on all acquisition channels.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
- Budgeting and forecasting the user engagement plan.
- Planning and monitoring variance Analysis.
- Working closely with the product team to identify user pain points and streamline their experience.
Who you are!
- 3-5 years of proven experience in an analytical role (preferably in a B2C business domain).
- Expert level of Microsoft excel.
- SQL / Python knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate statistical knowledge.
- Have a good understanding of user growth and performance methodology (AB testing, Cohort analysis, ect…).
- Have an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze large datasets.
Have Strong verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting to management (up to C-level) teams.
