Quality Excellence Manager

Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and set policies and procedures for the Quality Excellence department.
  • Design and implement measures to assess capabilities, identify strengths and weaknesses, prioritize areas for improvement, and align with company plans.
  • Ensure the implementation of standards, specifications, and methods related to activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing training, workshops, meetings, missions, and other activities to raise awareness and enhance project quality.
  • Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, and determining operational and performance qualifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections, evaluate performance, review procedures, and perform diagnostic/prognostic analysis for any hindrances.
  • Hold regular meetings with team members to enhance communication and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess customer requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Investigate and set standards for quality, health, and safety.
  • Partner with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems.
  • Encourage change and improvement in performance and quality.
  • Establish methods for recording, analyzing, and distributing statistical information.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in quality management or operations management, preferably in real estate. Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives is essential.
  • Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive a culture of quality excellence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond to changing business needs.
