Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management
- Full property sales process from instruction to transfer
- Liaise with existing clients to gain agency agreements to sell and lease their residential properties
- Generate interest from clients interested in to buy resale options and not only off-plan.
- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials
- Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
- Abiding by Savills business standards and codes of ethics
- Research and highlight any competitor activities
- Networking with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationship
- Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings
- Rebuild and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing team
- Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale, or lease of a property
- To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing the sale or lease of a property
- Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
- To maintain a high professional profile at all times with smart business dress
- Full awareness and understanding of local market/dedicated areas
Proven work experience as Senior Property ConsultantFully understanding property management and its financial aspectsIn depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property managementCompetency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwareCustomer focus and bottom line orientationInterpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skillsWell organized with excellent time management skillsValid real estate agent/broker licenseBS degree in related field
