OD Supervisor

  • Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help clarify the most important job duties required of the employee
  • Formulate Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance in an accurate manner
  • Implement, analyze, report, and set action plans of Employee Satisfaction Survey results in cooperation with talent Acquisition team
  • Develop company policies and procedures and handbook to have an internal control system
  • Create organizational charts and headcount reports on a monthly basis
  • Prepare Oversee the implementation of PA process and provides the technical support needed for managers & supervisors 
  • Create and develop a career path for employees. 
  • Create and develop competency models of the hospital
  • Develop and Implement promotion polices annually 
  • Develop work load analysis for department in cooperation with talent

Bachelor Degree in any relevant fieldexperience as supervisor or relevant roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office and EnglishDiploma/Certificate in HR  relevant field
