Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database using our ATS.
Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and expectations.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding the recruitment process.
Job Posting and Advertisement:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of job postings and make necessary adjustments.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide candidates with necessary information and guidance to prepare for interviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and results-driven mindset.
