Recruitment Specialist

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
 

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
     
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
     
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database using our ATS.
     

Client Engagement:
 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and expectations.
     
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding the recruitment process.
     

Job Posting and Advertisement:
 

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
     
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of job postings and make necessary adjustments.
     

Interview Coordination:
 

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
     
  • Provide candidates with necessary information and guidance to prepare for interviews.
     

  •  

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and results-driven mindset.
