  • Leading all Personnel operations.
  • Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data and update all databases.
  • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring.
  • Supervise the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurances).
  • Responsible for keeping all company employee information confidential.
  • Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
  • Develops and implements new HR policies and maintains the company’s HR systems.
  • Efficiently scale our HR team and Process in a way that leverages self-service, automation, and technology. Quantify and manage to a high standard of employees.
  • Manage and oversee organization framework and employee data.
  • Maintain knowledge of current, local employment laws, best practices, and ensure company policies are legally compliant.
  • Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurance,)
  • Implementing all the work provided by HR Manager
  • Report to HR Manager  and analyze employee data regularly

Males onlyHR certificate is a preferred.Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.Experience in Real-estateStrong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, plan and coordinate activitiesProficient in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS .Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
