Sales Rote Distribution Supervisor

As a Rote to Market and Distribution Supervisor at our company in Egypt , Giza, 6cotober city you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Sales process and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers throw market audits. You will be responsible for managing a team of Rote to market distribution staff and coordinating with various departments to meet customer demands.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop RTM (route-to-market) plans that will step up our sales efficiency and effectiveness, improve sales route planning and deliver on our Right Store strategies.
  2. Own our Right Store strategy and plan by defining the optimum point of the highly complex route-to-market parameters like distributors, sales representatives, stores, route frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly visiting cycles), new region, distributor and sales territories.
  3. Build excellent Perfect Store audit mechanisms as a major part of SIP (sales team incentive program).
  4. Supervise and coordinate the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  5. Plan and organize daily distribution schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability.
  7. Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Resolve any issues or complaints related to distribution and address them in a timely manner.


  1. Preferred Candidates:
  2. 7 to 10 years of Sales / Market Audit / RTM experience
  3. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
  4. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Hands-on market audits and customer relations.
  7. handling clients codding on Sales Buzz
  8. Familiarity with Retail / Whole Sales / process
  9. Monitor product availability, pricing, collars and assets and promotional activities at different points of sale.
  10. .Lead generation and prospecting ability to meet/exceed sales and performance targets/benchmarks/KPI's
  11. .Strong communication skills (written and oral) Ability to work independently and in a team
  12. .Previous Retail / Whole sales experience is preferable
  13. .Previous FMCG experience is a must
  14. .Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  15. .Experience in a similar role or in the logistics industry is preferred.
