Procurement Senior Admin

  • Manage procurement activities, from identifying demand to issuing purchase orders, expediting orders, coordinating with logistics, and closing orders after final payment.
  • Align procurement with internal policies and best practices for manufacturing, materials, and operational business units, including sourcing, supplier registration, and RFX creation.
  • Optimize inventory levels through just-in-time principles, oversee accurate order processing, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes, evaluate vendors, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Generate regular reports to update management on expenses, inventory, and supplier performance, addressing issues promptly.
  • Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum of 3 years in procurement, with a strong track record in managing purchasing processes and supplier relationships.Prior experience as a buyer is essential, demonstrating the ability to negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, and optimize procurement strategies.Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly in procurement modules or related functionalities.
