Help desk support (act as 1st line support for users)

  1. The ability to clearly communicate technical issues to management
  2. Can clearly read manuals and understand details instructions.
  3. Good knowledge of network cabling and network hardware installation
  4. Application installation, support, testing, and troubleshooting skills
  5. Experience in installing desktops, portable computers, peripherals, and software products for LAN, WAN and standalone environments.
  6. Ability to detect, diagnose, and resolve desktop and portable computer software and hardware failures. 
  7.  Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. 
  8. Good communication skills is a MUST.
  9.  Ability to lift up to 25 Kg.
