Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing activities and campaigns to ensure brand consistency and maximum ROI.
- Plan all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective.
Team Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team, ensuring continuous professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content and designs across all digital assets.
- Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for team members, regularly reviewing and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and strategies.
- Oversee the delegation and management of tasks within the team to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Provide training and resources to the team to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on priorities.
- Act as a liaison between the digital marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, etc.).Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
