Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile data and information from various sources to create reports for senior executives.
  • Ensure project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and calendars for senior executives.
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
  • Organizing meetings, scheduling, sending agenda and reminders where needed.
  • Managing the Managing Director's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
