Business Applications Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Business Applications Supervisor oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's business applications, with a specific focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Financials. This role ensures that all applications meet business requirements and are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Management:

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and support of business applications, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Ensure applications are updated, secure, and functioning optimally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Business Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

 Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business application management or a related field.Specific experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Financials.Completed at least 1 full cycle of implementation of Oracle Financial Modules.Experience with the following modules: Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Budgets, Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax Administration.Understanding of user support principles and practices.Good analytical and Communication skills.Good Command of the English language.
