Lead, USSD

Purpose of the job

The candidate responsible for solutions Development/Operation that match the business and technology requirements for USSD and Customer Data Layer Platforms, with adherence to the internal process and organizations quality measures/standard.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Acting on global/individual incidents according to agreed SLA within working hours and during on-call.
  • Working on IT systems architecture, service transition, service enhancement, service quality, performance tuning and services life cycles.
  • Being responsible for applications health and maintainability.
  • Vendor management (open operation and support cases)


Job specification

Education:

BSc of engineering or computer science

Experience:

From 0-2 Years of experience in Operations

Skills and abilities:

  • Java
  • XML
  • Linux basics
  • Oracle SQL.
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Mobile telecom standards and architecture.
