Purpose of the job
The candidate responsible for solutions Development/Operation that match the business and technology requirements for USSD and Customer Data Layer Platforms, with adherence to the internal process and organizations quality measures/standard.
Duties and responsibilities
- Acting on global/individual incidents according to agreed SLA within working hours and during on-call.
- Working on IT systems architecture, service transition, service enhancement, service quality, performance tuning and services life cycles.
- Being responsible for applications health and maintainability.
- Vendor management (open operation and support cases)
Job specification
Education:
BSc of engineering or computer science
Experience:
From 0-2 Years of experience in Operations
Skills and abilities:
- Java
- XML
- Linux basics
- Oracle SQL.
- Ability to Multitask
- Basic knowledge of Mobile telecom standards and architecture.
