Customer Service Officer

1- Receiving customer complaints and trying to solve the problems and forwarding to the concerned manager.

2- Ensure tenants adherence to the Rules & Regulations of the Mall.

3- Handle tenants & services providers requests for minor maintenance and site access.

4- Supervise preventative maintenance, review maintenance plans, ensure facilities meet standards.

5- Coordinate and communicate with the mall departments.

6- Ensuring that the mall is operating smoothly according to company standards and all the problems and concerns shall be resolved immediately.

7- Follow up the work progress.

8- Report all issues  related to customer service, maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, safety, etc to the management to be resolved immediately according to internal standards.


Experience in customer relationship management Excellent communication and problem solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft office and outlook is must. 1 to 3 years of experience ( preferably background in mall operations or in the real estate industry).Excellent command of the English language.Males only can apply
