Sales Manager (Building Material)

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management:

Sales Execution:

  • Oversee development and presentation of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet targets.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
