Customer Service needed Requesting to be Hired immediately :
Qualifications:
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Marketing or Business Informatics or any related study.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer-focused mindset with relevant work experience.
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to deliver a positive customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust and effective working relationships with others on an external and internal basis!
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
