HR Executive

 

 

Operations Development 
  • Build strong partnerships and provide counsel and advice to managers to enhance the performance and capability of their teams and to address a range of workforce issues, responding to enquiries in a professional and timely way.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for performance management, remuneration, and career development issues and work closely with management to ensure effective and timely resolution to existing or potential performance related matters.
  • Advice and support the various production units in recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Follow up the documented day to day transaction and the oracle data feeding (updating reporting lines, designing job profile and KPIs for each position, continuously updating the organizational charts and preparing OD report on monthly basis).

 

 

 

 

 

Relationship Management 
  • Provide the interface between and advice to the HR team and managers, employees and stakeholders with each business unit in an HR generalist capacity workforce legislation and HR policy.
  • Build collaborative relationships and contribute to key workforce initiatives, including union consultation and negotiations, to ensure commitment to and cooperation of achieving HR strategies and programs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Continuous Improvement 
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements and development area.
  • Act as an ambassador for the HRBP model, actively driving up standards to highlight the benefits of the model for all staff and managers.

 


 

 


Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration - Human Resources Management  Required Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite Language Requirements: Very good command of English
