Job Description:

  • VIP customer management
  • Establish good relationships with users
  • Build a strong communication channel between users and our platform
  • Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g., negotiation, teamwork, and conflict management 


 

 


Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree / finished military serviceExcellent - fluent EnglishCustomer service experience is a must (minimum 2 years)Previous experience in dealing with VIP customers is preferableAbility to work under pressure
