Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Contact Center Team Leader at GoChat247 in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring high levels of customer service, and leading a team of customer service agents. Duties include analyzing performance metrics, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications


  • Banking Exp. is a MUST
  • English level B1/B2
  • Analytical Skills, Communication, and Team Management abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
