Job Description:
- Grow sales volume and profitability with new customers across a range of Export markets by exploring and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and logistics with new customers to accelerate business growth and development and build awareness of necessary Export paperwork, processes, and administration to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Identify and drive viable new business opportunities within the Export marketplace through the development of a broad network of external contacts.
- Develop and raise the profile of the Company and product portfolio within the International Marketplace through undertaking a range of promotional activities including attending exhibitions, international trade shows and travelling to International Markets as required.
- Identify and report on emerging market opportunities and trends within our product category in targeted Export markets
- Demonstrate maturity and capability to assume increased supervisory and administration responsibilities.
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio and stay up to date on technical developments in commercial vehicles and on competition.
Relationship management with internal customers
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop appropriate Marketing materials for new product launches and promotional activity/opportunities for an international audience.
- Interact with and work alongside colleagues to gain Company and product knowledge and expertise.
- Always ensure clear communication of relevant business opportunities and issues through attending relevant Company meetings and providing regular comprehensive sales reports and analysis to your Line Manager.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure that customer queries are responded to promptly, and product orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Participate in and follow up on the management of complaints filed by commercial vehicles customers in the area or for the product.
- Monitor the customer’s satisfaction level.
Sales & Performance Management
- Market size and trends evaluation
- Sales targets management and control
- Product pricing and positioning strategies
- Clients and potential clients follow up.
- Big deals pricing and evaluation.
- Review and monitor sales performance and adjustment if needed.
Job Requirements:
- BS/MA degree in Administration, Engineering, Commerce or similar.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in all Export and Sales roles.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent in French & English is a Must
- MBA Certificate is Preferred
