Technical office manager

The Technical Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and technical support operations for the engineering and technical departments . This role serves as the link between the technical teams and other business units, ensuring efficient communication and coordination of technical projects and initiatives. Additionally, the Technical Office Manager oversees the installation team responsible for the implementation of all activities 

Preparing technical and material submittals.

Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule planning.

Supervising and reviewing the preparations of construction method statements with construction personnel.

 


Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering .10- 20 years of experience as Technical Office, min 7 years as Manager in Head Office (able to manage all technical functions for all the company projects in parallel.Extensive experience in Technical Office departments - Civil, Arch. MEP - include (but not be limited to) Shop drawing, QS, Invoices, Tendering, Procurement, contractual, Planning & Coordination between them.
