HR Specialist

  • Recruitment:
  • Responsible for the recruitment process of retail (all stores’ vacancies), head office and blue collar.
  • Set the most suitable resource based on the position.
  • Contact & enlarge the Recruitment Providers database to set up the agreement terms and get the needed approvals from the direct manager.
  • Collect the shortlisted candidates to approve the best-fit.
  • Set the joining date with the candidate.
  • Conduct HR orientation and assist the new joiner in his/her involvement to the job as per the manual.
  • Personnel:
  • Assure all Personnel activities are matching the laws, regulations, and the company’s policies.
  • Payroll:
  •  Responsible for tracking the attendance of stores employees.
  • Employee relations:
  • Act as a liaison between Femex employees & HR department.
  • Conduct visits to the stores to enhance communication.
  • Social insurance:
  • Prepare Form 1 & 6.
  • Conduct visits to the insurance office if needed.

Bachelor's degree in any related field.Min 1-3 years' experience.Gender: Any.Good experience in social insurance & labor law.Preferred retail experience.Excellent command of English language.High Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Advanced MS office application user.Detailed oriented.Nearby Heliopolis or New Cairo.
