- Recruitment:
- Responsible for the recruitment process of retail (all stores’ vacancies), head office and blue collar.
- Set the most suitable resource based on the position.
- Contact & enlarge the Recruitment Providers database to set up the agreement terms and get the needed approvals from the direct manager.
- Collect the shortlisted candidates to approve the best-fit.
- Set the joining date with the candidate.
- Conduct HR orientation and assist the new joiner in his/her involvement to the job as per the manual.
- Personnel:
- Assure all Personnel activities are matching the laws, regulations, and the company’s policies.
- Payroll:
- Responsible for tracking the attendance of stores employees.
- Employee relations:
- Act as a liaison between Femex employees & HR department.
- Conduct visits to the stores to enhance communication.
- Social insurance:
- Prepare Form 1 & 6.
- Conduct visits to the insurance office if needed.
Bachelor's degree in any related field.Min 1-3 years' experience.Gender: Any.Good experience in social insurance & labor law.Preferred retail experience.Excellent command of English language.High Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Advanced MS office application user.Detailed oriented.Nearby Heliopolis or New Cairo.
