- Build and report Hiring Tracker. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and different Recruitment Platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for the required employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and Middle Management)
- Participate in job fairs
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to reviewing the enrollment documents according to the law requirements till handling the File to the Personnel department.
- Conduct Exit interviews for exiting employees.
- Prepares monthly report of Turnover analysis.
