Recruitment Specialist

  • Build and report Hiring Tracker. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and different Recruitment Platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for the required employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and Middle Management)
  • Participate in job fairs
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to reviewing the enrollment documents according to the law requirements till handling the File to the Personnel department.
  • Conduct Exit interviews for exiting employees.
  • Prepares monthly report of Turnover analysis.

BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant fieldProven experience in mass hiring is a mustKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media & other sourcing methods.Strong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsTeam spirit
