Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the HR functions ( Recruitment - Performance - Personnel - Payroll - OD ).
- Creating and revising job descriptions.
- Creates Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.
- Supervises the recruitment and interviewing of candidates, ensuring on-boarded candidates have Successfully passed all interviews and accordingly prepares all the contracts for new hires and agrees on the details with them.
- Following up on attendance records.
- Creating Documents.
- Maintaining and organizing employees' files.
- Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Review the company policies and ensure the employees commitment regarding the policies.
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget and evaluation program.
- Following up on office boys schedules and daily tasks.
- Following up with receptionists on common tasks.
- Sending E-mails and conducting phone calls as required.
- Conducting annual salary surveys.
- Updating the KPI’s and HR reports.
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintaining affirmative action programs.
Experience of Marketing, Design & Programming Agencies.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equivalents.More than 2 years of experience.HR Diploma is a must.Fluent in English.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Aptitude in problem-solving.Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.Excellent Computer Skills.Excellent time management skills.
