Customer service Agent

  • Replying all customers’ inquiries on social media/calls.
  • Making outbound survey calls to new and existing customers.
  • Representing the company in a professional way while dealing with clients.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Performing any additional tasks as instructed by management. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree of any related field.Experience: +2 years in a similar position.Computer Skills: Computer literacy.Intermediate user of MS Excel.Phone etiquette.Interpersonal skills: Team player.Excellent communication skills.Willingness to help others.Ability to work under pressure.Well organized.
