EMAK Contracting company is seeking to hire an Experienced International Procurement Engineer to handle the below responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, bills of quantities, and material takeoffs to forecast procurement needs
• Collaborate with project teams to prioritize and schedule procurement activities
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and customs clearance for international shipments
• Research and identify qualified international suppliers and vendors
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, delivery, and pricing to select the most suitable options
• Maintain a database of approved suppliers and continuously assess their performance
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and warranties with suppliers
• Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Maintain accurate records of procurement expenditures and prepare reports
• Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of procured materials and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to align procurement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements
• Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, records, and reports
