- Identify individual and team skills gaps
- Ensure new hires take on basic import operation training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills
- Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases)
Work experience as a Customer Service and import operation and aviation hospitality Trainer or similar roleExperience in customer service or import operation positions is a plusProficiency in English is required (reading, writing and speaking) Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)Familiarity with interactive learning activitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsBSc degree in Education, or relevant fieldAdditional certification in training is a plus
