Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Customer Support to join our growing team. As a Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned B2B clients.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Customer Success:
- Act as clients' main point of contact, ensuring their needs and issues are resolved promptly.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align products/services with client needs.
- Communication:
- Communicate product updates, changes, and relevant information to clients.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on account performance.
