HR Coordinator

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Assist in performing orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities as needed.
  • Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and recommend process improvements.
  • Support other functions as assigned

0-1 years of experienceKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
