- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Assist in performing orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and recommend process improvements.
- Support other functions as assigned
