Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction:Respond promptly to client inquiries on social media platforms, email, and phone.Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.Travel Quotations and Bookings:Prepare accurate and competitive travel quotations based on client requirements.Make travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services.Ensure all bookings are made in a timely and efficient manner.Travel Advice and Support:Provide clients with detailed travel advice, including destination information, visa requirements, travel insurance, and itinerary planning.Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, and industry developments.Sales and Customer Service:Utilize strong sales skills to promote travel packages and upsell additional services.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.Qualifications:Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.Proven experience in a travel consultancy or customer service role.Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using GDS systems and other travel booking software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
